Returns & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total amount of your product less our shipping and handling costs each way. Please note the following details regarding returns:
  • Cancellations must be made within 48 hours from the purchase time. Cancellations made after this allotted time period will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Return goods must be in resellable condition, free from any defects, not used , and in its original packaging without any writing or labels on the original packaging.
  • All freight will be prepaid.
  • Proper packing, labeling, and protection of return goods shipment is the responsibility of the returning shipper.
  • Returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods. A restocking fee of 25% applies for returns between 15 to 30 days from receipt of goods.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from receipt of goods.
  • No returns will be accepted on special orders. 
  •  All returns must be returned in their original packaging, and in the condition which they were received.

    Please contact our call center within 3 working days of delivery to request an item return. Credit may be returned to you in the following ways:
    • • As store credit in your Boos-Booso account, with no expiry date
    • • As an exchange (as appropriate) for another item from Boos-Booso
    • • As a refund to your credit card
    Please note: If you have changed your mind after receiving your purchases, you must send the items back to our warehouse within 3 days of delivery, using any shipping company of your choice, at your expense. 

    Items which cannot be returned

    Any purchase labeled as "Final Sale" or "Cannot be returned" on our site are not eligible for returns.
Shipping

We offer free shipping for order $100.00 and Up within the continental US for most orders. Shipping may also be upgraded to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for a fee . For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, we offer competitive shipping rates. 

For orders shipping outside of North America, orders must be placed with one of our representatives through phone or email.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Damages & Claims

The goods travel at the risk of the recipient even if delivered by our own carrier service. Our responsibility ceases when the goods are delivered in good condition to the carrier. 
Upon delivery of the goods, Buyer should examine the package for damage. Any damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. Any damages should be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
In the event of a apparent or concealed damage or shortage, Buyer should retain all packing and file claim with the carrier. Seller’s responsibility ceases when the goods are delivered in good condition to the carrier.
